After watching the sheetrockers work, I decided it is completely worth it to pay experts to hang sheetrock. It was really incredible to see how fast they could work. It is also amazing to see a bunch of boards turn into a home with a lot of sheetrock.

Insulation

Our homes will be Energy Star rated upon completion. Insulation factors into that rating.

Theft

Just found out someone stole a $500 piece from our furnace. I've never really been a victim before and I am pretty angry at how helpless victims are. Not fair. We are just out!

We have theft insurance, but we are doubtful our deductible is less than $500.

At least it doesn't really feel like real money. Just add another $500 to our tab. But I could do a lot of decorating with $500. That's almost a couch!!

Nevertheless, not cool!!! I want locks on my doors right away.
